Our Octopus is caught using a jigger handline in South Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara Timur. Our factories in Sumatra or Kendari process Whole Flower, Whole Ball pack, and cut blanched for the Japanese Takoyaki and marinated, cooked, sliced for the US “Poke” market.
